I’m a passionate doula and childbirth educator based in the quaint city of Columbia, TN, where I reside with my husband and our three wonderful children. As a homeschooling family, we cherish the freedom to nurture our children’s curiosity and creativity, embodying a lifestyle that aligns with our free-spirited approach to life. I’m excited to share a bit about myself with you!

stems from my profound reverence for the miracle of life and the incredible journey of motherhood. With a deep-seated passion for supporting mothers and babies, I pour my heart and soul into every aspect of my work.

From empowering expectant parents with knowledge and confidence as a childbirth educator to offering unwavering support and guidance as a doula, I am committed to walking alongside families as they navigate the transformative journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond.

you can often find me immersed in the cozy warmth of my kitchen, indulging my love for baking delicious treats or embarking on various DIY projects.

Whether it’s experimenting with new recipes or getting my hands busy with crafting, I find immense joy in the process of creating something with love and care.

my approach

Your Birth is in Your Hands

I believe that birth should not be treated as a medical event, but that mothers inherently know how to deliver their babies. However, I do acknowledge that sometimes, medical assistance may be necessary, and families should be offered support to make decisions that align with their preferences and well-being. I have noticed that the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey has lasting effects on families. When a woman feels loved, supported, and believed in during her pregnancy, it sets her up for greater success. It is my hope that families regain control over the birthing process. I envision mothers receiving proper care, fathers feeling valued and recognized, and babies being treated as active participants in their own birth.
